You “saw” my past, parts that I had forgotten about/set aside/hidden, to shield and protect myself - parts that need to be brought to the light to be let go of so I can allow me to happen. It is very interesting to me that I haven’t been diving in to do the work - I have been connecting with my inner child, and that ball of judgement with my ex’s name on it but there is a piece of me that is so afraid - which of course means that this is a big block, baggage - whatever you want to call it - that needs to be released. It will come up when it is supposed to.
